From January 1, 2022, only catalog numbers 17 06 04, 17 09 04, 20 02 02, and 20 03 07 can be accepted from citizens without analysis. A sample of a completed ZPO form is attached. Other waste without analysis cannot be accepted from citizens!!!

We would like to draw your attention to the validity of the new waste legislation, which imposes certain obligations on you as a waste producer: 1. Provide, in accordance with Annex No. 12 to Decree 273/2021 Coll., new basic descriptions of waste processed in accordance with the aforementioned Decree – see the Documents section. 2. For waste that is disposed of in landfills and from which a representative sample can be taken, except for waste catalog number 200301 mixed municipal waste, provide chemical analyses in accordance with Annex No. 10 to Decree 273/2021 Coll. The need for laboratory analyses for most waste to the Košťálov landfill – see the Documents section.
