Citizens of Hradec Králové can dispose of waste at collection yards free of charge. Construction waste can only be disposed of for a fee according to the valid price list, which is available at collection yards. Legal entities and natural persons authorized to conduct business may dispose of waste at the Bratří Štefanů collection yard and waste transfer station, but only for a fee according to the valid price list and on the basis of a contract concluded with Hradecké služby a.s.

Hazardous construction waste containing asbestos or other hazardous substances can only be disposed of at the Temešvár, U Labe, and Bratří Štefanů collection yards. Effective May 2, 2018, senders of hazardous waste are now required to report the transport of hazardous waste. Reporting is carried out electronically via the Integrated System for Reporting Obligations – ISPOP (www.ispop.cz), or via its subsystem SEPNO – System for Recording the Transport of Hazardous Waste. The reporting process is set out in the Waste Act in § 40(1) to (5). If the transport of hazardous waste does not exceed the premises of the facility, it does not need to be reported. If the sender is a natural person who is not an entrepreneur (citizen), the transport also does not need to be reported. In other cases, the sender is obliged to report the transport to the SEPNO electronic system. The transport of hazardous waste must be reported before it begins. If you, as the sender, do not report the transport, it is possible to fulfill this obligation by registering you as the recipient in the SEPNO system. If you have not reported the shipment, we will report it for you according to the collection yard price list. Without reporting, it is not possible to accept hazardous waste at the collection yard.
