This is a Group S landfill site – other waste (subgroup S‑OO 3), which is primarily intended for waste in the other waste category, whose aqueous leachate does not exceed the limit values of leachate class II in any of the indicators, Annex No. 5 to Decree No. 294/2005 Coll. on the conditions for the disposal of waste in landfills and its use on the surface and amending Decree No. 383/2001 Coll. on details of waste management. This modern landfill primarily accepts municipal waste, other waste, soil, and other inert waste. Hazardous waste cannot be deposited here, with the exception of asbestos and other waste listed in Annex No. 8 to Decree No. 383/2001 Coll. of the Ministry of the Environment on details of waste management (e.g., liquid waste, tires, medicines, compostable waste, and others). The landfill is operated in accordance with the decision of the regional authority, which also approves the operating rules of this facility. Waste is accepted on the basis of a contract or cash payment, and each delivery must be accompanied by a delivery note signed by the responsible employee of the waste producer.
