Only citizens of Ostrov, upon proof of permanent residence in Ostrov, may dispose of the listed waste free of charge at the collection yard. Construction waste (17 01 07 and 17 09 04), which is not covered by the town of Ostrov for these users, can only be disposed of for a fee according to the valid price list of the town of Ostrov, which is available at the collection yard. Natural persons authorized to conduct business and legal entities included in the municipal system may dispose of certain types of waste free of charge, as otherwise agreed. Other waste, as well as other natural persons authorized to conduct business and legal entities, may only dispose of the listed waste for a fee according to the valid price list of the collection yard, which is available at the collection yard. For technical reasons, some waste, such as bulky waste, must be handed over in a condition that allows it to be weighed "manually" on a weighbridge, i.e., waste cannot be weighed in a vehicle. Construction waste must also be in containers (e.g., bags) that allow manual weighing. A list of waste that can be handed over free of charge by citizens can be found in the Documents section.
