IPODEC-ČISTÉ MĚSTO a.s. was established on November 1, 1991. Its establishment represents one of the first flows of foreign capital into this field of business in the Czech Republic, the shareholders are Marius Pedersen (57%) and Prague 8 district (43%).
Key activities of the company are complex waste management (municipal waste collection including separated waste collection, waste and recycling services for businesses, container system management, complex waste management projects, catering waste collection, recycling centre management, illegal dumping removal) and winter road maintenance.
Other activitiers include maintenance of green spaces and specialized retailing.
