Do you know that wrecked car disposal is free of charge?

If you decide to dispose of your old and immobile car, then the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• No substantial parts of the car can be removed (car body, engine).
• The VIN number must not be removed.
• The car must not be disposed of by anybody without a valid permission to collect wrecked cars (recycling centres of secondary raw materials, veteran car collectors,  for spare parts).

Without the VIN number or when an incomplete car is disposed of, it is not possible to issue the Certificate of car disposal, which is required when removing a car from  the Vehicle Register.

Legislation defines that wrecked car disposal is free of charge.
