Plastic recycling
Industrial enterprises produce a large amount of plastic waste which can be recycled.
We collect plastic waste from the place of its origin if conditions at the customer´s enable that. Plastic waste comprises inflows, overflows or non-conforming products that are transported to a recycling centre.
Next, we separate individual types of plastic, remove metal fragments and other material.
Plastic processing technology
- Individual types of plastic waste are crushed into pieces of required size.
- The acquired material can be returned to production or be further processed.
- The crushed material is processed on regranulation lines and turned into regranulate – a product of constant qualitative paremeters.
- Finally, the material undergoes a quality check.
Granulated plastic material is packaged and sold on the Czech and international commodity market.
Customers who buy the granulated material save considerably, and at the same time natural resources are conserved.
